Once all outstanding balances for services are paid in full to Linda Melone, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to you/your company for inclusion in website, email, or otherwise are owned by you.

Payments will be made by bank transfer, with details to be provided by Linda Melone to you.

Linda Melone assumes you/your company has permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided by you/your company for inclusion in the work it creates on behalf of you/your company and will hold harmless, protect, and defend you/your company from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

Linda Melone retains the right to display all content elements and A/B or MVT tests as examples of its work online and as content features in other projects, including but not limited to conference presentations, webinars and free or paid products. Unless expressly agreed, you/your company agrees not to disclose information of a private nature, including the following data about you/your company: traffic volume, conversion rates, average order value.

At no time will business-sensitive data be shared in any case study presented by Linda Melone.

This agreement may be canceled in writing by either party at any time with 7 business days' notice.

This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of you/your company and Linda Melone. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, you/your company agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in California and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Linda Melone, Orange County, California.

The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between you/your company and Linda Melone regarding all items included in this agreement.
